United National Group offers two options through Independence Blue Cross. Employees and their families have the choice of either the Personal Choice PPO or Keystone POS. Coverage for full time employees and their eligible dependents is available on the first day of employment with the company.

United National Group offers dental insurance through Delta Dental of PA. The dental coverage is available on the employees’ first day of employment with the company.

United National Group offers Life and AD&D Insurance through Jefferson Pilot. We provide a company paid benefit of 1.5x your annual salary, up to a maximum life insurance amount of $200,000. Employees also have an option to buy supplemental life and AD&D insurance for themselves and eligible dependents.

United National Group offers Long and Short Term Disability coverages which provide income protection in the event the employee becomes medically unable to work.

United National Group offers a 401k savings plan through Principal Financial Group. Employees can contribute a percentage of their wages on a pre-tax basis; United National Group will match 100% of employee contributions, up to 6%.

United National Group makes Flexible Spending Accounts available to our employees. The FSA allows employees to pay for certain eligible medical and dependent day care expenses with funds deducted from their paycheck on a pre-tax basis.

United National Group offers an Educational Assistance program for employees with at least one year of service with the company. Employees will have a maximum benefit of $3,000 a calendar year for Undergraduate, and a maximum benefit of $5,000 per year for Graduate level work, for company approved job related college programs.

United National Group offers 2 or 3 weeks of vacation (depending on your experience and position) 5 sick days and 2 personal days per year (pro-rated during the year of hire).
